Trip amplifiers

Trip amplifiers are a frequent element of safety systems. Trip amplifiers can be useful to many applications as well as detection of high or low limit alarm conditions and duty and standby pump control. With an input from a flow sensor and cycling on-off timer, trip amplifiers can be able to control the location of a penstock control device to preserve a fixed flow rate. The product ranges inside trip amplifiers are used for alarm and control of DC signals, AC signals, Frequency alarm, Speed control and Temperature signals.

Trip amplifiers supply control of a dosing pump with an input signal from a pH monitor. It limits alarm for recognition of High and Low alarm conditions. With an input from a level sensor trip amplifiers provide pump control to preserve a level among the high and low set points. The trip amplifiers have to be very consistent and accurate.
